1. What Crawlinx is

Crawlinx is an SEO auditing tool. When you submit a URL we fetch and analyze pages on that site to produce a technical report. Crawlinx is an honest-audit tool intended for site owners and their agents.

2. Your responsibilities (Acceptable Use)

You may only submit URLs for sites that you own or have explicit permission to scan. You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit and for ensuring your use complies with the target site's terms and with applicable law. Submitting sites you do not own or control, or that you are not authorized to access, is prohibited. Unauthorized scanning may constitute a breach of the target site's terms of service and is your liability, not ours (cf. the LinkedIn line of breach-of-contract cases).

3. Rate limits and fair use

Access is rate limited per client. Automated circumvention of the anti-abuse gate (Turnstile / proof-of-work), the rate limits, or the opt-out mechanisms is prohibited.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Audit results are heuristic and may be incomplete or incorrect. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all liability arising from your use of the service.
